I am not waiting for a special occasion to make this easy cheesecake recipe! The ingredients are very basic and the preparation a breeze! If you do not want to take the time to make a graham cracker crust, just buy one. They are inexpensive and will save you a step in the process!
If you want to add a little more pizzaz to the presentation, try adding food coloring to the non-chocolate portion of the cheesecake batter.
This recipe has me making up combinations of different flavors in my head. I may try an Oreo Cookie Crust, white chocolate instead of dark chocolate, and little raspberry sauce drizzled on top. That would be a great combination! You could add food coloring to the white chocolate to give it some color otherwise you lose the polka dot effect. I see a photo tutorial in my near future.
