The recipe that I am sharing serves 4-5 people. You can adjust the amount of chili, cheese, etc., for the number of people you want to feed.
To make this meal, you will need a 15 oz. can of Wolf brand chili, a 16 oz. block of Monterey Jack cheese, a 1/2 cup of white onion, and a 15-count package of corn tortillas. You can use chopped, frozen onions instead of fresh, if you want to avoid smelly hands.
Before you start on the casserole, heat up the chili in a small saucepan. Next, add a tiny bit of water to make the chili a little less thick and easier to spread. Also, grate about half of your cheese block into a bowl and set aside.
Now, let’s get cooking!
