Cook the ground beef or turkey thoroughly and drain. Add the taco seasoning to the meat. In a large pot add the meat mixture and the rest of the ingredients (do not drain the liquid from the beans or corn). Stir all together and let it cook together for 15 minutes.
You can top with tortilla chips, Fritos, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, or even salsa.
This would also be a great meatless Monday dish. Just omit the meat! There are plenty of sources of protein in this soup!
